OUTSTANDING ATMOSPHERE INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AMAZING!! FOOD The perfect end to our weekend getawaySuch a warm, welcoming, cozy environment with Personality Plus !! Owner is so genuine and friendly and brews the best dark roast coffee! ! I loved the homemade clam chowder in a toasted sourdough bread bowl and hubby loved his skillet scramble- the candied bourbon bacon was a real treat. Do yourself a favor and stop in - We'll definitely visit again on our next trip through Livingston. Lori and Tim

What to say first?!?! Just wow!! We happened here by a Romans 8:28 situation. My husband wanted to go a certain place but as it happened that place had relocated. God really worked this one out for our good. The food here is AMAZING! The HuckleberryBaby and The Fluffy Egg Sandwich were delicious and so unique ! A fun atmosphere and the team was over the top fabulous!! Being from the southern part of the US we like to pride ourselves on hospitality but these kind folks could teach a lesson or two on how it’s done.

My family and I had the most amazing experience at this unique cafe in downtown Livingston. The staff greeted us warmly as we walked in and the hilarious owner James took the time to point out some of his favorites on the menu. (Luckily we got there just before their lunch kitchen closed at 2.) We’d spent a week exploring Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks so we arrived famished and ready for lunch. We were so impressed with the quality and presentation of the food! My daughter and I both had the avocado toast with poached eggs and their specialty bourbon bacon. My son had the breakfast sandwich and my mom had the Hillbilly Brunch Filet. We all finished our plates and enjoyed the specialty drinks. My personal favorite was the Maple Mountain Cloud – I don’t drink many coffee drinks but that was the best one I’ve ever had. Afterward we explored Livingston and a nearby town. I was surprised when the kids asked if we could go back to Tru North for dinner that night but it was so delicious I agreed. We tried their new dinner menu with their loaded bowls. My favorite was the Tru Far East Rice Bowl – that coconut curry sauce was out of this world. My mom’s oversized baked potato with meatloaf was delicious and both my kids finished their bowls too. We drove on to a new town the next morning and it made me smile that my kids both asked if we could go back to Tru North for breakfast again!

Always fantastic, all-around. My favorite slow food breakfast/brunch place in Livingston. The breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy are always healthy portions. The coffee is always a pick-me-up, whether it's an Americano, drip or a latte. Staff and atmosphere are welcoming and inclusive. (You can find the silverware in the toolbox near the bus bins and water station.)

I had the French Toast with Huckleberries along with great bacon. My wife had the regular classic breakfast with potatoes seasoned with sage. Awesome and very friendly. Owner James and others came to the table to check on the delivery. Nice touch. Would highly recommend.
